Evo Corse wheels are lightweight Italian motorsport alloys built for rally stages, track days and quick road cars. String Theory Garage is an official, authorised Evo Corse dealer in the UK, supplying the full range direct from Italy. That includes the rally-proven SanremoCorse, Group A homage designs such as MonteCorse and SB9 Ragno, and track wheels such as Excalibur and SanremoZero, with fitments for the Toyota GR Yaris, Renault Clio, Ford Fiesta, Mini, Subaru Impreza, Mitsubishi Lancer Evo and many more.
Why choose Evo Corse wheels?
-
Designed for competition. Every Evo Corse wheel is developed with CAD/CAM design and FEM structural simulation to get the best balance of weight and strength.
-
Proper motorsport materials. Cast wheels are low-pressure cast in A356-T6 aluminium alloy. The forged range uses 6061-T6 aluminium.
-
Clearance for big brakes. Many profiles are shaped to clear large multi-piston calipers, including WRC-spec brakes.
-
Steel bolt-seat inserts. 60° or 90° tapered or flat-seat steel inserts protect the wheel through repeated changes on stage and in the pits.
-
Built to keep the tyre on. Reinforced rim edges and bead profiles help resist impacts and keep the tyre seated at low pressures.
-
Made to order for your car. You choose the PCD, offset, centre bore and colour. Every wheel is made in Italy and priced per wheel, with matching Evo Corse fitting kits available.
Rally wheels for gravel and tarmac
SanremoCorse is the backbone of the range. The 15" gravel wheel has been on stages since 2004, and the 16", 17" and 18" sizes are built for tarmac, with fitments for the Fiesta Rally4, Peugeot 208 Rally4, Clio Rally5, Skoda Fabia, Impreza and Lancer Evolution. OlympiaCorse is a lightweight 15" and 16" gravel wheel. Z.A.R. comes as a 15" gravel wheel and an 18" tarmac wheel aimed at Japanese rally cars. X3MA is a strong 15" tarmac wheel, and Sport 14 suits compact rally cars such as the Saxo, 106 and Clio. SanremoCorse Gr.A keeps compatibility with original Group A magnesium wheels and is also offered in an ECE-approved version for the Mini Cooper, Cooper S and JCW.
Track day and circuit wheels
The Excalibur 17" and nine-spoke 18" wheels are made for circuit racing, track days and fast road builds, in widths up to 10". Excalibur Forged, X3 Forged and Sanremo Forged (19" and 20") bring forged strength and low weight to performance cars. SanremoZero is a 17" rallycross and circuit wheel with a recessed spoke design for low offsets. GTR is an 18" wheel in 10.5" and 11" widths for track and drift setups. For historics, hillclimb, slalom and single-seaters, there are the 13" X3MAZero, FormulaCorse and Formula Forged.
Rally homage and modern classic wheels
Evo Corse is also known for recreating the wheels of rally icons in modern A356-T6 alloy. MonteCorse recreates the original Lancia Delta magnesium wheel and accepts the original Abarth centre cap. SB9 Ragno is the 17" "spider" replica of the Renault Clio Williams wheel. RallyZero and Lion V39 bring classic rally styling with modern construction, and DC Sport faithfully recreates the Fiat 600 Sporting Trophy wheel. These designs suit both restorations and modern street cars.
