Designed for the BMW E90, E92 and E93 M3, the AIRTEC Motorsport Oil Cooler is a direct replacement unit featuring a core that is 79% bigger than the standard BMW unit, together with an increased frontal area of 17% over standard for improved air flow and significantly greater cooling capacity.
Track-tested back-to-back at the Nürburgring, the AIRTEC Motorsport cooler demonstrated a 205% improvement in temperature reduction over the standard oil cooler — delivering outlet temperatures of 76°C versus 110°C with the original unit under identical conditions. On average, the AIRTEC cooler removed double the heat of the standard item.
The kit reuses the original oil line fittings and is supplied with new O-rings, replacement bolts, and detailed fitting instructions for straightforward installation.
