The AIRTEC Motorsport Radiator Upgrade for the BMW E9x M3 (E90, E92, E93) is a direct replacement lightweight radiator featuring a tube-and-fin aluminium core that is 25% larger than the original BMW item.
This design increases the cooling system's capacity as well as improving its efficiency, allowing it to retain lower running temperatures compared to an original unit during prolonged or hard use. Ideal for modified or track-orientated vehicles that operate with constantly elevated temperatures, or for hotter climate countries where cooling can be an issue.
Back-to-back track testing in June 2025 demonstrated an average coolant temperature reduction of 7.5°C (9%) across two full track sessions compared to the standard radiator, with a maximum temperature difference of 10.7°C.
