The Akrapovič Evolution Header Set (Titanium) is a race-inspired upgrade engineered to elevate the performance and sound of the Porsche 911 GT3 RS and 911 S/T (992.1). Tested and developed alongside the Slip-On Race Line (Titanium), this header set optimises gas flow and enhances midrange power, making it the perfect addition for track-focused enthusiasts. Crafted entirely from high-grade titanium, it achieves significant weight savings and showcases innovative manifold crossover pipes cast in Akrapovič’s in-house titanium foundry. This ground-breaking design has been derived directly from Akrapovič motorsport applications.
The Evolution Header Set redefines the auditory experience of the Porsche 911 GT3 RS. Featuring tuned quarter-length resonators and catalytic converters, the system eliminates unwanted frequencies and distortion, delivering a unique, exhilarating sound. The result is a rich, high-frequency exhaust note with a +10.1 dB increase at 3,750 rpm, enhancing the car’s visceral driving experience while reflecting Akrapovič’s motorsport heritage.
Engineered for closed-course competition circuits, the Evolution Header Set unlocks the true potential of the Slip-On Race Line system. By further reducing back pressure and optimising exhaust routing, this upgrade delivers combined impressive gains of +19.6 hp at 4,4750 rpm and +36.4 ft-lb of torque at 2,600 rpm. The titanium construction reduces weight by 3.8 kg, making it 28% lighter than the stock headers. This weight reduction improves vehicle agility, handling, and overall balance. When paired with the Slip-On Race Line, this combination transforms the GT3 RS into even more of a track-ready powerhouse. ECU remapping is mandatory for vehicles equipped with particulate filters (OPF) and recommended for non-OPF vehicles to maximise performance and prevent warning signals.
This system fits also on vehicles equipped with Otto particulate filter (OPF).
This product does not fit on standard 911 GT3 (992) version.
