AST Suspension designed the Competition 3-way adjustable 5300 Series shock absorbers for optimal track performance. These shocks feature 12-position rebound adjustment, 12-position high-speed compression, and 14-position low-speed compression, all independently adjustable via an external canister.

With years of expertise, AST has perfected a balance between spring and damper characteristics, making the 5300 Series versatile and easy to set up. They are highly reliable, low-maintenance, and made from high-quality materials. The 5300 Series is trusted by race teams worldwide for its performance and durability.

• High end, track ready suspension.
• Rebound, Low & Hi Speed Compression Adjustable ('Triples'), with a remote reservoir.
• Remote reservoirs allow additional travel, heat dissipation and oil/nitrogen gas capacity.
• 44.5mm diameter shaft struts are inverted and offer exceptional strength, which in turn reduces geometry change under corner and braking manoeuvres.
• Aluminium cylinder, threaded body shocks, factory mounting style.
• New low friction seal on all AST dampers
• Spherical lower ''eye'' shock mounts.
• Reservoir with hose or piggyback (Vehicle Specific)
• Spherical upper shock mount assemblies.
• Synthetic hydraulic fluid.
• Fully serviceable and rebuildable.
