Akrapovič presents the latest innovation from the world-renowned performance exhaust manufacturer — the Slip-On Line (Titanium) Exhaust System, specifically developed for the new BMW G90 and G99 M5.
This system is crafted from high-grade lightweight titanium, delivering a 31.8% weight reduction over the factory exhaust system (saving 6.12 kg). Designed for models equipped with gasoline particulate filters (GPF), it is fully EC/ECE type-approved, making it road legal across the UK and Europe.
Akrapovič engineers have pushed boundaries with this design, incorporating complex cast titanium components, such as exhaust valve housings and precision-engineered collectors, all produced at Akrapovič's in-house titanium foundry. The enlarged main exhaust tubes and special control kit with electronically actuated valves deliver a refined yet sporty sound experience across all drive modes.
Tailpipe Options:
The system is finished with a mandatory choice of tailpipes, available separately in either Hexagonal or Round carbon-fibre/titanium designs. Both are fitted with integrated acoustic reflectors, subtly directing exhaust sound toward the cabin for a more immersive drive.

Installation:
Simple plug-and-play installation with no remapping required. Cutting of the stock exhaust system is necessary — please read the included instructions thoroughly before installation. This system will not work on a non-OPF/GPF vehicle.
