DakarForged is born from EVO Corse’s experience in international Rally Raid. Following the 2023 Dakar Rally victory of Nasser Al-Attiyah and Mathieu Baumel, driving the Toyota Gazoo Racing Toyota Hilux, EVO Corse makes available a wheel derived from the one used in competition.
DakarForged retains the material and manufacturing technology of the competition wheel: AA6061-T6 aluminium alloy and a forging process. Its configuration has been adapted for installation on road-going 4×4 vehicles, while retaining a direct technical link with the project developed for Rally Raid.
From competition to 4×4 applications
Forging allows the wheel sections to be optimised according to the project, with the aim of achieving a high strength-to-weight ratio. In DakarForged, this technology is applied to a 17″ wheel configurable for off-road and 4×4 applications.
The correct configuration depends on the vehicle, tyre, PCD, ET, centre bore, braking system and operating conditions.
Weight: approx. 11.4–12.2 kg per wheel, depending on fitment.
Size: 8.5J x 17". Choose your PCD, offset (ET) and centre bore, then your colour. Price is per wheel. Wheel nuts/bolts and centre caps are not included. Made in Italy by Evo Corse.
Material and manufacturing technology
DakarForged is made from AA6061-T6 aluminium alloy through forging. The process allows the material to be worked and the wheel sections to be optimised according to the requirements of the wheel project.
Finishes and configurations
Available colours are white, silver, gold, anthracite, matt black, glossy black, matt bronze and glossy bronze.
The wheel must be configured according to PCD, ET, centre-bore diameter, fastening system, tyre, available brake clearance and intended use.

DakarForged must be configured according to the specifications of each individual vehicle. Before ordering, it is necessary to verify the vehicle year and version, wheel size, PCD, ET, centre-bore diameter, available brake clearance, tyre, intended load and applicable approval requirements.
