Excalibur is EVO Corse’s alloy wheel range developed for sports and competition cars used on asphalt. Available in 17- and 18-inch configurations, it combines a structure developed for racing with different widths, PCD patterns and offsets, allowing it to adapt to a wide range of vehicle applications.

The range is designed for circuit racing, tarmac rally, touring car competitions, track days and high-performance road builds. Each configuration must be selected according to the vehicle, brake system, tyre dimensions and fitment parameters.

Weight: 9.96 kg per wheel (varies slightly by fitment).

Size: 8J x 18". Choose your PCD, offset (ET) and centre bore, then your colour. Price is per wheel. Wheel nuts/bolts and centre caps are not included. Made in Italy by Evo Corse.

Excalibur/Sport18: developed for circuit use

Excalibur/Sport18 is the 18-inch version designed primarily for circuit use and high-performance sports cars.

The available sizes, from 8×18″ to 10×18″, allow the use of tyres with different widths and make it possible to configure the wheel according to the requirements of the front and rear axles.

The nine slim spokes are designed to combine steering precision, a lightweight structure and resistance to the stresses associated with circuit use. The configuration is also suitable for tarmac rally, track days and high-performance road applications.

A356-T6 aluminium alloy

Excalibur wheels are manufactured from A356 aluminium alloy and undergo T6 heat treatment.

The choice of material and heat treatment is intended to achieve a balance between strength, reliability and weight reduction. During circuit and tarmac rally use, wheels are subjected to repeated braking, lateral loads, weight transfers and temperature changes.

The wheel structure and configuration must therefore be assessed in relation to the intended use and the specific characteristics of the vehicle.

Compatibility with vehicles and upgraded brake systems

Choosing a racing wheel does not depend on diameter alone. Before purchasing, the following parameters must be checked:

  • rim width;
  • PCD;
  • ET;
  • centre bore;
  • available internal clearance;
  • brake caliper clearance;
  • tyre size;
  • any suspension or setup modifications;
  • vehicle version and engine.

For an accurate fitment check, provide the make, model, year, version, brake system and intended use of the vehicle. We can then confirm the most suitable configuration.
