This OPF/GPF Bypass with High Flow Sports Catalyst is designed to replace the restrictive factory particulate filter assembly, fitting directly to either the OE exhaust system or a Milltek OPF-Back system.

By replacing the stock OPF/GPF with a high-flow sports catalyst, this upgrade reduces exhaust back pressure to improve throttle response and mid-range performance, whilst delivering a more involving exhaust sound. The high-flow catalyst maintains emissions-reducing capability whilst eliminating the flow restriction of the factory unit.

Manufactured from 304L aircraft-grade stainless steel and made in the UK, this is a precision-engineered, direct-fit upgrade designed specifically for the GR Yaris Gen 2 1.6T. Note: this is a race product — appropriate for track use and should be used in conjunction with a suitable ECU remap.
