Mishimoto Skid Plate for BMW M2 (G87), M3 (G80 | G81) & M4 (G82 | G83)
BMW’s engineers effectively balanced power and cooling in the G8X M2, M3, and M4 models. However, this design placed critical components, like the oil cooler, in vulnerable positions on the undercarriage, exposing it to road hazards. Mishimoto identified this flaw when developing the 2021+ BMW G8X M2, M3, and M4 performance oil cooler and designed a high-strength aluminum skid plate for added protection.
The Mishimoto 2021+ BMW G8X M2/M3/M4 skid plate features a cross-cut design for optimal airflow while safeguarding the oil cooler. It comes with a corrosion-resistant black powder coat and includes everything needed for easy installation—no modifications required.
