AIRTEC's induction kit for the BMW M5 F10/M6 F12 improves the car's original air intake system to allow more flow, improving power, throttle response as well as induction sound and aesthetics within the engine bay.
The kit utilises the car's original air box design with two 90mm cone air filters housed inside the original air box lower sections. The top sections of the air boxes are replaced with laser-cut aluminium shields featuring a rubber seal to help enclose them in the engine bay and avoid heat soak. Replacement aluminium pipework measures a continuous 90mm throughout with no internal restrictions or pinch points, finished in high-quality black powder coat. Mirrored for perfect fitment and look. Direct replacement requiring no additional drilling or cutting.
Please note: If your car has had a remap, you may need ECU recalibration to suit the increased air flow. Standard cars should not require recalibration.
