The Akrapovič Slip-On Line (Titanium) exhaust system is a performance-enhancing upgrade for the G87 BMW M2. Crafted from lightweight titanium, it boosts sound, performance, weight savings, and aesthetics—delivering the finishing touch the M2 deserves.
The Slip-On Line enhances the BMW M2’s exhaust note, offering a refined tone at cruising speeds and a deeper, aggressive growl under acceleration. Its natural overrun adds exciting pops and burbles, elevating the driving experience.
Optimized for performance, the Slip-On Line reduces back pressure, improving gas flow for quicker engine response. Akrapovič dyno testing shows a 5.3 hp and 10.0 ft-lb torque increase at 2,800 rpm, resulting in faster acceleration and improved throttle response. The system also reduces weight by 7.3 kg (32.7%)—lightening the car for better handling and agility, all without needing ECU remapping.
