The Direct-Injection Solution
Direct-injection engines like the N55 are notorious for suffering from severe oil sludge and carbon build-up on the backs of the inlet valves. Over time, this "coking" restricts airflow, leading to significant drops in power, rough idling, and reduced efficiency.
By trapping unwanted oil mist and water vapor in our internally baffled catch can, only clean air is allowed to recirculate back into the intake manifold. This ensures a higher concentration of oxygen is burned during combustion, resulting in smoother power delivery and keeping your intercooler and intake tracts completely oil-free.

We don’t cut corners on quality. The MMR catch can housing is machined from T-6061 billet aluminium and finished in our trademark high-gloss black anodizing. It mounts perfectly to the inner wing using a precision-machined billet bracket. To make installation as straightforward as possible, we supply bespoke motorsport-spec PTFE-lined hoses with crimped race fittings, and we’ve even replicated the complex factory cam cover connector in solid billet aluminium.
