Pumaspeed Racing Re-Active Intercooler Kit – Toyota GR Yaris

The Pumaspeed Re-Active is a complete intercooler and boost pipe package for the GR Yaris, made in the UK. It replaces both the factory intercooler and its pipework, which narrows to under 35mm internally in places on the standard car. Pumaspeed designed it from 3D scans of the engine bay so it bolts straight in.

What's in the kit

• Stuffed tube-and-fin core measuring 620 × 115 × 190mm
• Cast alloy end tanks with the bore opened up from 39mm to around 53mm, 5mm thick to resist flex and fatigue
• Matching boost pipe kit, including a 57mm throttle body elbow
• Whole intercooler weighs 6.7kg
• Direct replacement for the OE intercooler and pipework, no cutting
• 2-year unlimited-mileage Pumaspeed warranty

Choose your finish

The intercooler comes in silver or black, and you can choose the colour of the metal pipes and silicone hoses to match your engine bay. Pick your combination from the options above.

Why 57mm pipes?

Pumaspeed sized the pipes to match the GR Yaris throttle body, which is close to 50mm. That's big enough for well over 400bhp without adding lag. On Pumaspeed's dyno, a standard GR Yaris intercooler let intake air temperatures pass 43°C, getting close to the point where the ECU starts cutting power.

Pumaspeed or AIRTEC?

Both are UK-made and both work. The Pumaspeed comes as a complete package with pipes included. With AIRTEC you choose the Stage 1 or Stage 3 intercooler and add the boost pipes separately. Get in touch and we'll help you choose based on your power and how you use the car.
