PWRD Adaptive Air Suspension Lowering Links Porsche Taycan 2019 - Present
Lower, leaner, and more purposeful - without compromising what makes the Taycan so special.
PWRD Lowering Links are precision-engineered for Taycan models equipped with Adaptive Air Suspension, subtly reducing ride height to your taste from -10mm to -50mm across every factory setting.
The result? Sharper handling, improved aero efficiency, and a stance that's exactly how Stuttgart's designers probably wanted it to look…

Why Fit PWRD Adaptive Air Suspension Lowering Links?
The Taycan’s Adaptive Air Suspension is an impressive piece of engineering - but from the factory, it’s tuned to satisfy global ride-height regulations rather than us driving enthusiasts. PWRD Lowering Links recalibrate that baseline.
By mechanically adjusting the suspension height sensors, our links lower the vehicle evenly across all drive modes to a drop of your choosing between -10mm and -50mm. You still retain full use of your chassis level control - Low, Lowered, Medium and even Lift settings - each one simply sits lower than stock by the amount you choose. No warning lights, no coding, no compromises.
Lowering the centre of gravity delivers tangible handling benefits, with reduced body movement and a more planted feel through fast corners. At motorway speeds, the reduced ride height can also improve aerodynamic efficiency, helping the Taycan slip more cleanly through the air - which may even have a positive effect on range at higher speeds.
And, of course, there’s the visual upgrade: a cleaner wheel-to-arch relationship that transforms the car’s presence without shouting about it.
As with all PWRD components, these links are developed with a precision-first mindset. They’re not about extremes - they’re about getting the balance right.
Product Information
PWRD Lowering Links are manufactured to exacting tolerances and designed specifically for Porsche Taycan models fitted with Adaptive Air Suspension. They replace the factory suspension height links and work by subtly altering sensor geometry - a proven, mechanical solution that integrates seamlessly with the OEM system.
Installation is straightforward for a competent workshop and requires no permanent modification to the vehicle. Once fitted, the system remains fully reversible, and the factory air-suspension functionality is retained in full. No electronic modules, no software changes, and no interference with normal driving modes.
Ride height is reduced consistently across all settings to whatever level you choose to drop by, thus maintaining Porsche’s carefully calibrated suspension behaviour - just with a more purposeful stance. As ever, we recommend professional installation and a full alignment check after fitting to ensure optimal results.
Engineered with the same attention to detail that defines every PWRD product, these lowering links offer a subtle but meaningful upgrade for Taycan owners who value performance, efficiency, and understated design.
Lowered properly. The PWRD way.
Lowering Range
The PWRD Lowering Links give you a lowering range from -10mm to -50mm of reduction from each factory ride-height level.
Remember, you'll still have full use of your suspension modes - from Lift down to Sport Plus. But each level will now be lower than the factory settings by the height reduction you have chosen.
This flexibility also means that you can dial more or less 'rake' into your car - a term for whether you want it to sit more or less nose-down. So, setting the front to one height and the rear to another is entirely possible to match your taste.
When it comes to installation, there is a 'magnification' factor between the link itself and the adjustment at the wheelarch.
Set, then carefully measure the length of the links before installation:
> lengthen the front link to lower the car. 10mm at the link = 25mm at wheel
> shorten the rear link to lower the car. 10mm at the link = 25mm at wheel
Of course, you can adjust the link lengths at any time, allowing you to fine tune to your heart's content. Or set once, and leave it for ever more.
