Designed to meet the extreme demands of spirited road driving and motorsport use, this high-performance intercooler delivers a massive 69% increase in core volume over the factory unit. The result is significantly lower intake air temperatures, denser charge air, and sustained performance even under prolonged boost.
At the heart of the system is Wagner’s stepped high-performance bar-and-plate core, offering a 24% larger flow area than OEM. Combined with CAD-designed, CFD-optimised cast aluminium end tanks, airflow is distributed evenly across the core for maximum heat transfer with minimal pressure drop.
To ensure overall cooling efficiency, the kit includes a dedicated airflow baffle, maintaining proper airflow to surrounding components such as the water radiator. A heat-conductive anti-corrosion coating protects the intercooler from environmental exposure and ensures long-term durability.
Installation is completely plug-and-play, using factory mounting points. Enlarged Ø60mm inlet and outlet connections, reinforced silicone hoses, and aluminium charge/boost pipes are included to support increased airflow and power levels.
