Collection: Porsche Boxster 986

The Porsche Boxster was first exhibited at the 1993 Detroit Motor Show as a concept car. The design of the two-seater, mid-engine roadster harks back to Porsche's traditional Spyder design seen on the 550 and 718 models.

In the autumn of 1999, Porsche unveiled the new top model in the Boxster series, the 3.2-litre Boxster S.
